About Claire
Claire joined Rayner in December 2020 with a strong and varied HR generalist and Organisation Development background gained in aerospace, manufacturing and medical device sectors. Claire brings to Rayner international experience of driving high performance work cultures and transformational change programmes, including mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on talent management.
Claire gained 7 years experience at CR Bard (now Becton Dickinson) where she held a number of regional HR Director roles across EMEA and EEMEA and joins us most recently from Acro Aircraft Seating who design, engineer and manufacture aircraft interiors where Claire held a key role on the executive leadership team and delivered business transformation initiatives leading to the successful relocation of the business to a new facility in Northampton.
Claire is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and in her spare time she enjoys yoga, horse riding and long walks in the countryside with her dog!
