We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor & Stock Administrator in our France team at the Gennevilliers office in Paris!

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Process all local orders, returns and credits accurately and on time.

  • Communicate proactively with customers and Key Account Managers via phone/email.

  • Capture and analyse customer feedback and complaints.

  • Support vigilance processes and provide management information.

  • Maintain customer contract pricing in the ERP system.

  • Work collaboratively within the Customer Service team; provide cover and support cross-training.

  • Replenish warehouse stock and maintain safety stock levels.

  • Pick, pack and ship orders promptly; maintain clean, safe storage areas.

  • Oversee imports and liaise with import agencies.

  • Prepare all stock documentation and perform stock checks.

  • Manage delivery/courier scheduling and monitoring.

  • Raise local purchase orders and coordinate with waste-management providers.

  • Drive continuous process and system improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality procedures.

  • Issue invoices, credit notes and statements; manage credit control and overdue accounts.

  • Maintain and develop product knowledge through training and product testing.

 

 What Experience & Skills You Will Need:

 

Essential 

  • Strong Customer service (senior profile) experience required (3 years minimum)
  • Training in management such as Bac ES/STMG/BTS Gestion
  • Able to work on own initiative, self-starter and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and detail.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in French and English 
  • Experience in warehouse handling / goods packaging

Desirable 

  • Experience dealing with imported goods
  • Proven track record in a customer service role in medical devices
  • Graduate with an ambition to build a career in an innovative medical device company.
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Knowledge of Data protection, Cyber security, and anti-money laundering policies
