Global Head of Facilities & Safety

The role will ensure the highest standards of facilities management, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will play a critical role in supporting our global operations and maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive working environment. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage facilities operations across the globe, ensuring compliance with international health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement global strategies for facilities management, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
• Oversee multiple site management, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and align with company values.
• Drive initiatives to enhance workplace safety, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainability.
• Lead a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align facilities management strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to facilities and workplace safety.
• Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in facilities management and workplace safety.

What Experience Do You Need

• Proven experience in Facilities Management

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical standards and regulations

• Knowledge of relevant Building and Health and Safety Regulations

• Experience of managing contractors and directing building services consultants

• Experience of mechanical and electrical systems installation and / or maintenance

• Experience of Building / Property maintenance

• Experience of preparing work schedules / project plans

• Experience of cost management and control

• Experience working In a global or multi site capacity

• AutoCAD experience
