This new role will be working within the established Sales Excellence Department, reporting to Sales Excellence Training Manager.

The International Training Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive training programs tailored for the International Region sales team and distributors. This includes designing and implementing roadmaps for onboarding, competency enhancement, and certification.

Within the Sales Excellence department, the International Training Manager will contribute to the development of Rayner's proprietary commercial model, known as the Rayner Way. The focus is on achieving the highest level of commercial excellence in both clinical and sales aspects across Rayner’s International commercial team.

Additionally, the manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Rayner online training program, Focal Point, by managing contributors and stakeholders. Continuous collaboration with international sales team leaders is essential to adapt training content to align with international strategies and industry trends. This role involves significant internal and external communication, requiring interaction with all departments at Rayner's head office in Worthing and other global offices.

What You’ll Be Doing : 

  • Identifying Training needs across the markets

  • Designing and implementing product training programs

  • eLearning content product focused

  • eLearning content other topics

  • Old training review and corrections when required

  • Selling speeches training content

  • Performing online training // onboarding process

  • Online training for new joiners,

  • Webinars & upskilling training for advanced team members

  • Tracking training and development progress

  • Focus on training completion for new joiners

  • International results analytics

  • Planning learning development with Country Managers

  • Field coaching visits

  • Leadership in competence development

  • Tracking training and development progress

  • Motivating employees to learn and develop.

  • Cooperation with Experienced Application Specialists and International Product Specialist, Marketing Director – International

  • o. Collaboration to plan, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the International Sales Teams, covering Rayner's entire product portfolio, including technical specifications, clinical evidence, competitor products, and market activities.

  • Ensuring employees follow Rayner's way of selling (in the future comply with company and legal requirements related to field/OR presence Pharma, devices)

  • Implementing a package of product and non-product training (with the support of topic experts) required for the international sales team in         accordance with compliance including:

1. Compliance” (discounting/sampling/pricing etc.)

2. Pharma & Med device regulations

  • Creating scope of periodic certification of employees and implementation

  • Annual Training & Compliance sign off

  • Managing relationships with stakeholders

  • effective management of cross-departmental interactions

  • Strategic planning for international competencies approach

  • Cooperation with HR, Legal, appraisals, and field coaching
