Effective 01 March 2025, an annual price increase will be applied to eligible customers and selected products. We are looking for two people to be seconded to Customer Service for four weeks from 20 January 2025 to help us prepare for that increase. 

 

You will be responsible for analysing the data prepared by our Commercial teams and converting it into the appropriate format to enable IT to upload the data and apply the price increases to the customer accounts.

 

You will need excellent numerical and analytical skills and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables and V-Lookups, minimum). The successful candidates will also demonstrate great attention to detail, with the ability to focus and problem-solve.
