Regional Manager - South

The purpose of this role is to promote Rayner lenses in Southern State of India

Key activities include

• Maintain good and healthy relations with customers and Distributors
• Create new business opportunities in the area
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with KOL
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Implementing the company strategy in the region
