Warehouse Operative

The purpose of this role is to support a consistent, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operation by performing key functions such as picking, shipping, and inventory management.

  Operating in a dynamic, high-velocity environment with a focus on handling a large volume of small, fast-moving medical devices, the Warehouse Operative is essential to meeting daily operational targets, supporting business requirements, and driving team productivity and continuous improvement.

Essential:

*       Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven environment, with the ability to meet objectives under tight deadlines

*       PC literate and confident using technology, including barcode scanning systems

*       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures without deviation

Desirable:

*       Experience in an inventory-controlled environment with a focus on product traceability (lot or serial tracking)

*       Background in a regulated warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting

*       Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

*       Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures

Experience working under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or in a quality-controlled environment
