Advanced Technology Specialist - Europe

We continue our exciting path of fast growth globally and are currently looking to expand our Advanced Technology Specialist team.

RayOne Galaxy, our next-generation spiral IOL platform, has been meticulously engineered to redefine the way your presbyopia patients experience the world. When patient satisfaction is non-negotiable, the RayOne Galaxy emerges as a new premium lens solution designed to diminish dysphotopic compromise.

Focused Region - European indirect markets (including Nordics, BeNeLux, Eastern Europe etc)

High volume of travel (~75%)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Primary objective is to drive and achieve the sales target for the premium IOL portfolio in European indirect distributor markets
• Lead the Premium sector, through extensive knowledge of Rayner and competitor Premium IOL technology
• Support and drive clinical expertise across the distributors and KOLs in line with local strategy
• Keep updated with market developments, providing regular training to the local sales team
• Extensive travel across the region with particular focus on concentrated areas of premium IOL surgeries
• Develop a network of KOLs across the region maintaining a strong program of scientific promotions
• Work closely with the Advanced Technology Director to increase podium presence, deliver high quality medical education, webinars, case studies and articles
• Plan, coordinate and implement clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of Rayner product range and technology

What Experience & Skills Do You Need:

• Experience selling into private and public healthcare environment
• Experience within ophthalmology sector (desirable)
• Educated to Degree level (desirable)
• Good Presentation skills and communication skills
• Strong understanding of cataract surgery
• Full driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, locally and in the region
