The Account Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and new clients during the onboarding and implementation of the eyejourney SaaS platform. 

 

This role is ideally suited for a graduate or early career candidate with strong IT proficiency. The role is remote-based, assisting with the set-up of new accounts, resolving onboarding barriers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist new clients with the remote set-up and onboarding of the eyejourney platform.
  • Act as the first point of contact for account-related technical and onboarding queries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support new account implementation and client handover.
  • Troubleshoot IT and technical issues faced by clients during onboarding.
  • Ensure client-facing materials and resources are clear, accessible, and easy to follow.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and client progress.
  • Work closely with product and support teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree level education (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in IT systems and troubleshooting (essential).
  • Experience in customer support, onboarding, or technical assistance roles (preferred but not required).
  • Interest in digital health, SaaS platforms, or ophthalmic/medical technology (desirable).
  • No prior sales experience required.
