What You'll Be Doing
Hands-On Learning:
Engage in immersive, practical experiences across diverse areas of our manufacturing facility, acquiring firsthand knowledge of various processes and machinery.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements to manufacturing processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols.
Quality Control:
Play a vital role in quality control initiatives, working towards the assurance that our products consistently meet or exceed industry standards and specifications. Monitor and promote a culture of quality first.
Data Analysis:
Utilize your analytical skills to dissect manufacturing data, identifying trends, pinpointing areas for improvement, and uncovering opportunities for optimizing production processes.
Project Collaboration:
Contribute actively to assigned projects, fostering collaboration with team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines effectively. Support the H.O.M with project deliverables and administrative tasks.
Safety Compliance
Adhere to and actively promote safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members, and embodying a commitment to the well-being of the manufacturing team.
Daily Responsibilities Support:
Assist the Head of Manufacturing and Production Managers with their daily responsibilities, providing valuable support to maintain seamless manufacturing operations.
Quality and Productivity Management:
Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure that quality and productivity consistently reach high levels, meeting Manufacturing objectives across all shifts.
Department Rotation:
In this position, you will undergo rotations within our Engineering Team, Quality Team, and Manufacturing departments. This rotation is designed to provide you with comprehensive experience across all facets of Rayner's manufacturing and operational functions.
You will also be required to undertake a project in each department and submit a corresponding report. This initiative aims to showcase your abilities, demonstrate your learnings, and highlight your understanding of the various aspects within each department.
Team Culture and Administrative Support:
Support production managers and team leaders in handling administrative work, promoting a strong team culture and championing our cooperate values.
Performance Analysis and Process Improvements:
Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work processes and enhance customer service.
What Experience Do You Need
- Strong academic background with a focus on manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
