We are looking for a strong HR Administrator to join our fast-paced HR team in Worthing, West Sussex.

 

Reporting into the Head of HR-Europe, you will provide transactional an administrative support.

 
 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare contracts, new starter paperwork and carry out pre-employment checks
  • Lead the onboarding process for new starters, including the delivery of our Welcome Boxes
  • Facilitate the leaver process, ensuring reasons for leaving are obtained and updated in HRIS
  • Prepare and process any staff changes including correspondence and system updates
  • To be the first point of contact for incoming HR queries, inc. monitoring and responding to HR inbox, resolving queries and redirecting to local HR Partner when appropriate.
  • Effective use of data from our HR systems to collate and produce meaningful HR management information and other data requirements i.e appraisal completion rates, monthly organogram
  • Develop HR System skills to become a ‘Super-User’ supporting colleagues and the business to resolve queries.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our HIRS by managing defects and improvements in the systems and ensuring all data held in the system is accurate
  • Provide support in the use of our employee engagement hub, driving interest and usage in the platform
  • Actively supports the delivery of HR Processes, projects and initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and the HR system, ensuring we are compliant at all times
  • Process data input for monthly payroll
  • Support the administration of the annual salary review process
  • Support the administration of activities relating to engagement events
  • Support the team with additional HR administrative requirements

What Experience Do You Need

  • Experience of working in Human Resources
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently, succinctly, and logically both verbal and in writing
  • Tenacity & curiosity
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy, and at times, demanding workload
  • Self-motivated team player
