Manufacturing Technician (Packing)

The Sousel manufacturing facility, Rayner Biomaterial, was purchased in 2022 by Rayner and is a responsible for producing sterile OVDs based on hyaluronic acid. As this is a sterile product, the production areas have special environmental conditions that prevent contamination of the product by viable and non-viable particles. The factory has a production area of 417.66 m² divided into rooms classified Grade A (ISO Class 5), Grade B (ISO Class 6) and Grade C (ISO Class 7).

What You'll Be Doing

Sterilization, assembling, blistering and packing of the final product in accordance with approved work instructions with the main objective of producing medical devices in accordance with quality requirements.

• Carry out every final product sterilization, inspection and assembling, and packing process steps in accordance with current work instructions
• Fill working documents for the daily production
• Report any deviations to Production Lead
• Work in accordance with EU-GMP
• Where appropriate, work in accordance with aseptic working conditions

What Experience Do You Need

• High school education
• EU Level 6 EQF (desirable)
• Knowledge of aseptic work conditions (desirable)
