The purpose of this role is to elevate current Supply Chain processes & tools by designing, developing, and integrating industry-standard solutions, and significantly improving data and insights required to drive decision making.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Review current processes to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing).
- Build dashboards and KPI reports (inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, supplier performance).
- Gather, clean, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and procurement systems.
- Automate existing tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt new Power BI features and best practices.
- Analyse supply chain trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Help define and improve key performance metrics.
- Create data visualisations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support demand and supply planning with data-driven insights and scenario modelling.
- Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines and automate reporting.
- Collaborate closely across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Finance.
- Contribute to system implementations by defining data and reporting requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML, predictive analytics, advanced planning systems).
- Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security.
- Support NetSuite implementation and rollout.
What Experience & Skills You Will Need:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain software tools.
- Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VB/Macro)
- Process improvement experience
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement Management experience
- Knowledge of statistics
Desirable
- Supply Chain Management experience
- Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
