The purpose of this role is to elevate current Supply Chain processes & tools by designing, developing, and integrating industry-standard solutions, and significantly improving data and insights required to drive decision making.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review current processes to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing).
  • Build dashboards and KPI reports (inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, supplier performance).
  • Gather, clean, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and procurement systems.
  • Automate existing tools and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adopt new Power BI features and best practices.
  • Analyse supply chain trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Help define and improve key performance metrics.
  • Create data visualisations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support demand and supply planning with data-driven insights and scenario modelling.
  • Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines and automate reporting.
  • Collaborate closely across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Finance.
  • Contribute to system implementations by defining data and reporting requirements.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML, predictive analytics, advanced planning systems).
  • Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security.
  • Support NetSuite implementation and rollout.
     

 

What Experience & Skills You Will Need:

 

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain software tools.
  • Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VB/Macro)
  • Process improvement experience
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement Management experience
  • Knowledge of statistics

Desirable

  • Supply Chain Management experience
  • Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
