Digital Health Project Manager

Our company growth is founded on rapid introduction of exciting change projects across the business, and to support these activities we are expanding our Digital Health offering and require a project manager to oversee this development. This exciting role offers an experienced Project Manager the opportunity to lead diverse projects including new product development, design transfer, development supervision, quality testing, automation and more.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

*       Form, lead and inspire cross-functional project teams to deliver programs of related projects within Rayner’s digital health portfolio, including:

o    Innovative digital health product development

o    Enhancement of existing products

o    Third-party integrations

o    Automated equipment introduction

o    Delivery of Machine Learning algorithms

*       Provide the link between teams at the UK headquarters and internationally (e.g. Ireland, United States and Europe).

*       Own the creation and maintenance of Project Files including project plans, risk management, resource allocation, verification and validation, design transfer and other relevant documentation.

*       Develop strong working relationships with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, IT, Commercial, Legal and Marketing teams, external partners, suppliers and consultants.

*       Chair productive and focused project team meetings, communicate project status and escalate major issues/risks on a regular basis to Project Sponsors and Project Steering Committees ensuring objectives and progress are aligned to business needs.

We are looking for someone who is:

*       An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery to time, budget and quality objectives.

*       An excellent communicator with a proven ability to manage key stakeholders across different levels of seniority, departments and countries both verbally and in writing.

*         Highly motivated and enthusiastic with good leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships.  Able to lead and motivate others.

*         Able to stay calm and rational under pressure, bringing structure to complex situations.

*         Strong at planning and organising, with good time management and strong attention to detail.

*         Able to manage a demanding workload by prioritising tasks and projects.

-        Willing to travel for work when required- nationally and internationally depending on project needs.

Essential:

*         Degree (or equivalent) in business management or a relevant work experience.

*         Minimum 2 years’ experience working within project management and technical projects (preferably delivering digital health projects).

*         Knowledge of digital health development processes and milestones.

*         Proficient in the use of relevant Microsoft tools (e.g. Office, PowerPoint, Project, Teams)

Desirable:

*         Experienced in managing remote teams across multiple projects and locations

*         Working in healthcare/pharma/medical devices industry
