What You’ll Be Doing :

 

  • Manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.

  • Track orders and returns. 

  • Process orders and invoices in a timely manner.

  • Ensure regular and timely billing, respecting month-end closing deadlines. 

  • Support inventory readiness and order fulfillment to meet sales requirements.

  • Prepare and provide documents for import clearance and follow up as needed. 

  • Investigate stock and inventory discrepancies, performing random checks and audits, and report findings to management. 

  • Support warehouse operations by organizing and keeping storage areas safe, secure, clean, and tidy. 

  • Collaborate with the Inventory & warehouse team and provide support for daily operations.

  • Provide coverage for tasks and responsibilities as needed and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

 

What Experience & Skills Do You Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential. 

  • Knowledge of Tally is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in inventory management or related roles is preferred.
