We are seeking a key individual to organize work and staff on a 24/7 basis, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes while also developing and implementing ongoing process and staff development strategies.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

You will be responsible for delivering production targets by providing daily management manufacturing functions including Lathe & Profile, Dimensions, Tumble and Final Pack. Implement strategic and tactical plans for department development (staff, equipment, and process) to meet future business needs and provide leadership for Continuous Improvement activities.

What Experience Do You Need

 

  • Proven experience in production management role preferably within the medical devices manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading teams in a shift-based environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in performance management, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
