What You'll Be Doing
The purpose of this role is to elevate current Supply Chain processes & tools by designing, developing, and integrating industry-standard solutions, and significantly improving data and insights required to drive decision making.
- Review status quo to identify opportunities for improvement which would yield tangible cross-functional benefits (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing)
- Convert & consolidate existing reporting spreadsheets (Order Book Overview, OTIF (on time in full), Back Orders, Complaints, JIRA ticket management, Resource Capacity Planners, SLOBs, Working Capital, etc.) into a One-Stop-Shop Power BI dashboard
- Develop, and integrate process efficiencies through automation of existing tools (such as Stock Projection, Pricing Updates)
- Assist in the development of Key Performance Metrics
- Contribute to weekly Continuous Improvement meeting
- Closely collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer service, Operations, Quality, Commercial and Finance
- Support system implementation and enhancements by identifying data reporting requirements
- Support master data maintenance
What Experience & Skills Do You Need
- Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VB/Macro is a plus)
- Highly data analytical and numerical, able to convert data into information
- Strong problems solving skills with logical approach
- Effective communication skills; able to gather requirements and communicate results
- Proven experience in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude to adapt and thrive in a rapidly growing and changing company
